Post-Hospital Recovery

Safe, supervised recovery at home after surgery or hospitalization and a smooth path back to normal life.

The first weeks after a hospital stay are when most setbacks happen: missed medications, falls, missed warning signs. Our team bridges that gap. We meet you on discharge day and stay close through the critical recovery window, with nurse-managed oversight the entire time.
